Company Overview

Built around the machine, run for the product.

PAC Paper Products was set up by brothers Atif Rehman and Arif Rehman with a straightforward goal: bring consistent, factory-grade paper cups, bowls and glasses to businesses that were otherwise stuck choosing between expensive branded imports and inconsistent local supply. What started as a single forming line has grown into a multi-line production floor built entirely around automatic, ultrasonic-sealing machinery.

We are a paper-conversion manufacturing unit producing disposable paper cups, paper bowls and paper glasses on fully automatic, high-speed forming machines. Every piece that leaves our facility is die-cut, ultrasonically sealed, curled and stacked on the same line — nothing is hand-assembled, which keeps thickness, seal strength and rim finish consistent across every batch.

Our machines run PE-coated, food-grade paperboard exclusively, and the floor layout is built to move a reel from the loading arm to a packed carton with the fewest possible handling steps in between.

  • 02 Bowls and glasses formed on the same base machine platform
  • 03 In-house quality checks on seal, curl and leak-resistance

Sustainability First

"Sustainable today, for a better tomorrow" isn't just a line under our logo — it's why we work in paperboard instead of plastic, and why every new machine we add is chosen for material efficiency, not just speed.

Line-Level Quality Control

Seal strength, curl finish and stack count are checked at the machine, on every shift — not sampled after packing. Rejects are pulled before they reach a carton.

Owner-Led, Directly Reachable

Both owners are directly involved in day-to-day operations. Bulk orders, custom sizing requests and factory visits go straight to Atif or Arif Rehman — no call centre in between.

How It's Made

Reel to rim — the production sequence.

A single paperboard reel moves through six mechanical stages before it reaches the packing table. This is the exact order our machines follow, station by station.

01

Raw Material Feeding

Food-grade, PE-coated paperboard reels are mounted on the unwind stand and threaded through the tension rollers into the machine's feed path — the point where every cup, bowl or glass begins.

02

Precision Cutting & Punching

Rotary punches cut the fan-shaped body blank and the circular base disc to the exact geometry of the cup or bowl profile being run, with dial-in adjustment for each SKU.

03

Body Forming & Ultrasonic Sealing

The body blank wraps around a rotating steel mandrel and the side seam is fused by ultrasonic welding — no glue, no leak path — while the vertical forming columns keep every unit dimensionally identical.

04

Bottom Fixing & Rim Curling

The base disc is pressed and heat-crimped into the formed body, then the open rim is rolled into a smooth curl — removing any sharp edge before the piece is safe to drink or serve from.

05

Cooling, Ejection & Stacking

Finished pieces are ejected onto air-cooled stacking columns, where a fan assembly settles each cup into a precise, pre-set stack count ready for sleeving.

06

Counting, Monitoring & Packing

A touchscreen HMI panel tracks line speed, output count and reject rate in real time, so every stack is verified before it moves to sleeving and cartoning.

Why PAC Paper Products

Consistency comes from the machine, not the batch.

Because every stage — cutting, sealing, curling, stacking — happens on the same automatic line, output quality doesn't drift between the first cup of the shift and the last.

  • Fully automatic lines minimise manual handling and contamination risk.
  • Ultrasonic sealing gives a consistent, leak-resistant side seam on every unit.
  • Touchscreen monitoring flags rejects at the machine, before packing.
  • Flexible tooling lets us switch between cup, bowl and glass profiles on the same platform.
